As the coronavirus situation continues to evolve, we know it is on top of mind for our customers. A number of our Clients have asked about our Contingency Plans in respect of COVID-19. We already have in place a Business Continuity Plan. This details our IT back-up procedures and the advantages of our multi-site operational base which allows the sharing of staff and resources in emergency situations.

We are monitoring this situation daily, and, as we do with any unusual event, we will watch what’s happening locally and adjust business operations and policies as needed.

We have also put in place a home working protocol (if and when required), however due to the nature nature of the business this cannot apply to warehouse employees. We are also liaising with and receiving regular updates from our delivery partners.

As a precaution, we are advising against all non-essential business travel. All Employees are are encouraged to take preventive measures to stay healthy. Washing hands regularly for a minimum of 20 seconds.

However, we cannot ignore the unprecedented nature of the current situation. It is highly likely that we will see some disruption and delay to services in the coming weeks. This could be due to government directives, actions of our delivery partners, local out breaks of the virus, impacts to public transport and impact to our employees (e.g. school closings).

Thanks for the opportunity to serve you. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to minimize the impact to your business to the best of our ability.
